Cancellation Policy

Please understand that our stylists’ time is valuable. If you miss your appointment without giving at least a 24-hour notice, you will be charged half the cost of the missed service(s). Failure to honor an appointment without any notice will result in a full service charge. These fees will be expected to be paid prior to future visits. For your convenience, we provide a confirmation call 48 hours prior to your appointment. We ask that you keep us informed of any changes in your contact information.
